I was looking to downsize, hoping to find somewhere ideally near to town so that I wouldn’t have to worry about driving and public transport. I was particularly drawn towards this apartment after realising what a good size it was compared to other properties that I had seen. I loved the quirkiness of the layout, it really appealed to me. I have lived at Jasmine Court for 10 years now, it is a very friendly place where everybody knows everybody. You will never need to feel alone as there is always someone around to pass the time of day and your privacy will always be respected. There are plenty of activities to take part in, quiz nights, music nights, cards and scrabble as well as arts and crafts. We also have lots of birthday parties that are always rather fun, but then at our age we've had plenty of practice !
