We were looking to downsize from our three bedroom town house just off Comptons Lane. With busy professional lives we wanted a modern property in good condition that would leave our weekends DIY free.

We were also keen to stay near to both the train station and Horsham's bypass in order to make that commute to work as easy as possible, so Northbrook Court was perfect for us, we loved the excellent build quality being a new build at the time we could buy with confidence knowing we had a 10 years NHBC Warranty.

The location was also ideal with station, bypass Horsham Park and the Town centre all within easy reach.
