As I am often out of the country I wanted an apartment that I could just lock up and leave and have the peace of mind that when I was to return to my home it would be exactly as I had left it. I also wanted something in good condition, as I was keen not to have my spare time taken up with DIY, so this development at Linden House interested me greatly. Being newly converted it was in tip top condition and the builders warranty meant that I had no maintenance issues to worry about. The security intercom system only allows residents and their guests to enter and keeps the parking areas safe and secure. When you add this to the location with Gatwick Airport just a short train journey away it was absolutely perfect for me.

Linden House was converted back in 2016 under the Governments Permitted Development Planning Policy. Clad in Portland Stone Linden House is a well know land mark building within Horsham town centre and is just a short walk away from the Historic Carfax with its plentiful shops and Restaurants, Horsham Park and the main line station.

This particular apartment is in one of the best positions within the block and was one of the first to be reserved when the development was released to market. Being on the second floor you are above the hustle and bustle of the town and have much better views towards both Denne Hill in one direction and the Surrey Hills in the other. You also have a lot more sunshine on this side of the building making it lovely and bright.

The modern and contemporary living space is open plan. The owner upgraded the kitchen work tops to granite, which really adds to the feeling of luxury, and with the integrated appliances the kitchen is as practical as it is beautiful.

Both bedrooms are good size doubles which were also upgraded with some fantastic fitted wardrobes. Bedroom one has it's own en-suite shower room making bedroom two with the sole use of the family bathroom the perfect guest room.

There is a secure under croft parking space as well as the wonderful central Atrium at Linden House which was cut out of the original building during its transformation from tired old office block to what it has become today.
