I was a first time buyer when I bought my flat just over 2 years ago. It was initially to live in, however a job move has meant that more recently I have let the flat and it has proved to be a great investment!

Having viewed many properties, I was initially attracted to my flat because of the space and location. I loved the re-fitted kitchen and liked the good size rooms, which were perfect when I entertained family and friends.
