We were looking for a buy to let property in the Horsham area. Having viewed a number of different properties we really liked the feel of Southwater village so decided to focus our searches there. After viewing a few properties we came to see this one in Lintot Square, we really liked the fact that it overlooked the village, it had secure parking and the security of being on the top floor. The lift was a real bonus as it opened up the market to a wider audience. The internal space was unlike any we had seen and having a lovely balcony to sit out on was a real selling feature so we decided to put an offer in.

It has been a great investment property and we will be sad to let it go.

This lovely apartment will be ideal for a range of buyers. It offers an excellent amount of space and is located right in the centre of Southwater village, so you won't have to go too far when you need essentials.
