We were looking to buy an investment property within Southwater but wanted to make sure we purchased something which had good rental potential. After looking at a few different types of properties we received a call from Julie at Cubitt & West about this apartment. It sounded ideal over the phone so we arranged a viewing. We liked the position being so close to all the amenities and having a secure entry system gave peace of mind. Once inside it was quite unlike any others we had viewed and was like a tardis. We really loved everything about it needless to say by the time we had got downstairs we had made an offer which was accepted.

It has been a really great investment home and we will be sad to let it go.
