I was living in East Grinstead with my parents and looking to buy my first home. Initially my search started in that area but after looking at several properties I decided I wasn't going to get much value for money. I extended my search out to Horsham and viewed a few properties in and around the Horsham area. I received a call from Cubitt & West about this one in Southwater and came to view it. I loved the feel of the village and could not believe the amount of space this property offered and having two bathrooms was ideal for when friends came to visit. I wasted no time in making an offer.

I have been very happy here since but will be relocating due to a new job.
