I bought this apartment around 12 years ago and for me it was all about the location. It is ideally situated for getting into London but it is also within walking distance of Cheam village too. Another thing that won me over was the sheer size of it - I had viewed a fair amount of properties and this was by far one of the biggest I had seen. It was also one of the only ones that had the balcony for outside space so made it an easy choice all those years ago. It's such a nice community and I have been lucky enough to have some amazing neighbours that I will miss dearly. After so many years here, its finally time for me to get a house but I do hope that I get to find somewhere so convenient.
