We moved here 11 years ago and for us it was all about the size and location. We had viewed many places but none compared to this one and we loved the fact that it offered the best of both worlds - a tucked away location yet minutes from the town centre, schools and station for commuting. Since living here we have completely transformed it and it's virtually unrecognisable. We have re-decorated every room and also replaced the kitchen and bathroom. Everything we have done here we have done to a high standard as we never intended to move. The chance has come up though to move back home to Poland, hence putting this place up for sale. It also means we can offer the property with no chain too.
