I bought this apartment when it was built and for me it was all about the luxury it offered as well as the location. I paid quite a lot extra to get an allocated parking space but I have never regretted that decision as it's so handy having everything on the doorstep and no parking issues. I often leave the car at home and stroll to the town and station. When I first purchased, I rented the place out until I was ready to move in and it was very easy to get a tenant. I guess the location and amenities are the main reasons why. The gym is also a very attractive bonus, not to mention the exceptional views from my apartment - something that made me snap it up all those years ago. Since owning it, I have re-decorated every room and also replaced the carpets with wooden flooring instead.
