When we moved here 6 years ago, it was all about the space and the light. We had viewed many properties and nothing came close to the proportions that this apartment offered. It's ideal for everything too with the town centre within walking distance as well as Sutton station for fast links into London just down the road. Since living here we have purchased a share in the freehold and the block has also been able to build up a substantial sinking fund for future works. With our 3rd child now on the way, it’s sadly time for us to move but we will really miss the convenience of living somewhere so central
