We bought this place 10 years ago and for us it was all about the space it had to offer. We liked the fact it was over 2 floors as it feels more like a house and having our own front door and no communal entrance cemented that even more. It's probably why we have stayed here as long as we have.

The fact the property has a large communal garden is a real bonus too. Since living here we have completely transformed it. We have replaced the kitchen and bathroom, redecorated throughout and added the plantation shutters.

We are looking to get something bigger now but know that the new owners will love it here and probably stay as long as we have!
