When we first viewed the property we just couldn't believe how spacious it was compared to others apartments - with the added bonus of us having our own entrance. We also loved that the property was situated over two levels, so felt like a house with the living areas downstairs and sleeping areas upstairs. We have also come to love the fantastic location, being really quiet but close to fantastic shops and transport in Sutton. The property needed vast amounts of work when we bought it and we have spent a lot of time and money doing it up including replacing the bathroom and kitchen, installing a new boiler and replacing the windows. We also had new carpets put down. The most expensive thing we did was extend the lease as it was very short.
