I bought this flat from new around 11 years ago, mainly due to its fantastic location being in the lovely village of Westcott where there is a real community feel. With wonderful countryside just at the end of the road yet within a short distance of Dorking town centre I have enjoyed the best of both worlds.

The rooms are all a good size and it felt more spacious than other properties that I viewed. When I bought the property it appealed to me that it was very ecologically sound (it was even mentioned on the radio) and it has certainly been cool in summer and warm in winter with very reasonable energy bills.

I have moved out of the area and so the flat has been rented for the last year but I am now looking to sell with no chain.
