We bought the flat around 2 years ago, mainly due to the size and the fact it has it's very own garage.

We have enjoyed doing work to the property - we renewed the ceiling and redecorated throughout as well as installing a new bathroom and flooring.

Our circumstances have now changed and we are selling with no chain.
