We were looking for our first step onto the property ladder, and ideally a project that we could update, improve and really put our stamp on. This property certainly ticked those boxes for us. I don't think you would recognise the place from the dark and dated house we moved into. Over the past 5 years we have fully refurbished the property, re-plastered the walls, redecorated, re-carpeted and opened up the fireplaces. We have also installed a new heating system and new double glazed windows, refurbished the bathroom and fitted a new kitchen. With everything that we have done to our home we have tried to be sympathetic with the age and the character of the property. We hope that our buyers will love what we have created as much as we do.
