What the owner says

We bought this house around 5 years ago. We were originally looking for a 3 bedroom property but when we saw the amount of space on offer downstairs with the extended kitchen/diner we knew this was the one for us.

We loved the location being in the village of Brockham and the fact it has a good size garden and off street parking. We have added a home office in the garden which also doubles up as a guest room and just gives us that bit of additional space.

We now have a growing family so are looking for a larger home. We hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have done.

Property details

If you're looking for a house in the sought after village of Brockham then look no further as this could be just what you have been searching for!

If you are laden down with shopping or after a hard day at work you don't need to worry about finding a parking space as you can pull up onto your own driveway where you have space for 1-2 cars.

Once inside, relax in front of the TV in the spacious lounge or if you have friends or family over for dinner you will love the extended kitchen/dining room with island unit and doors looking out onto the garden. You can be cooking up a storm while not missing out on any of the conversation.

Upstairs there are 2 good size bedrooms and a family bathroom. If you need additional space for when you have guests to stay then make use of the garden home office as the current owners have done. It is perfect if you work from home, to use as a teenage den or just generally need a bit of additional space.

The good size rear garden is the ideal spot for some al-fresco dining with plenty of space for your table, chairs and barbeque and is large enough for children to play and for them to be able to run around and tire themselves out.

This house is definitely one to view so make sure to book your viewing today!

The author of Robinson Crusoe was educated at the Rev. James Fisher's boarding school in Pixham Lane. As an old market town it is renowned for its antique shops with West Street being the heart of the local antique trade. There is still a market held in the town every Friday in St. Martins Walk. Contemporary arts on offer include a cinema and theatre and there is also a Leisure Centre to cater for your fitness needs. The local schools offer another attraction to the area for parents, with the 'Ofsted Outstanding' St.Pauls primary and The Ashcombe secondary school, which Ofsted praised for its 'exceptional pastoral care'.
