When I first came to see Roussillon Park I was so impressed. The development reminded me so much of London Mews houses. It was urban and modern and in a fabulous location.

Only a 10 minute walk into Chichester for the theatre and shopping, yet only a few minutes drive into the fabulous South Downs countryside and also so near the sea....

The house itself is fabulous. I love it and would not be leaving it except that I need to move closer to my family

The Queen Juliana Green is magnificent and exclusively for the residents. I wouldn’t have been moving but with family over 30 minutes away I am looking to reduce the commute.
