When I was looking for a new home several years ago, I was pleasantly surprised by how much living space this house offered, much more than other properties within my price range. I also liked the fact that there are extensive communal grounds within the development so that I don't feel hemmed in. As the house is set very well back from the road down a long path, I don't get bothered by any traffic noise so it's a very peaceful setting.

I'm particularly pleased with my kitchen/diner - now that I've incorporated a large cupboard, it has created a wonderfully spacious room and I'm sure the new owner will be just as impressed!
