Living here has been a such an amazing time in our lives and we hold some very fond memories from being here. We moved in 6 years ago when the house was newly built and has given us peace of mind knowing everything was brand new and covered by the NHBC warranty. Knowing family life was round the corner money was essential so having solar panels on the roof to the rear has helped cut down our energy bills. We could have only dreamed of such a convenient location and being able to pop to Waitrose for a bottle of wine and unwinding in the garden will make leaving this house much harder. We are now expecting our second child so are looking for our new venture and look forward to passing this home onto new owners.
