My parents loved living here, they would always enjoy having the garden space and keeping it looking lovely. It would always be nice to visit and enjoy dinner in the dining room whilst still being able to chat to the cook! Having a good sized second bedroom has been great for guests. There is a parking space out the back which they have used over the years with direct access to the house from the back garden so I'm sure any new buyer would be able to continue using this space. Since the house has been empty we have re-decorated and re-carpeted so its ready for the new buyers to come in and create their home.
