When looking to buy I was surprised at just how quiet the area was and in particular, my home, as it is situated at the end of a no-through road and fronts onto a green. I'd decided that I did not want to live in a flat, as I wanted a garden and I was amazed at the size of the rear. It was so secluded compared to the other properties I had viewed.

Inside, the rooms are all of a good size and the kitchen/diner is great for entertaining friends and is the heart of the house.

Since moving in I have maintained the property, but I would be the first to admit that it could benefit from a bit of updating. However, this has been reflected in the asking price.
