After working hard running our own business for so many years we were looking forward to our retirement and the opportunity to reap the rewards of our labours.

We wanted to downsize from our large family home to something that would be easy to look after, and with plans to travel regularly something that would be safe just to lock up and leave. So this property was perfect for us, newly built there was no work for us to do giving us more time to enjoy all the facilities available here. We also felt that the security arrangements were ideal for us, whenever we return home from being overseas we always know that we will find our home exactly as we left it.
