When I bought my house 12 years ago, it was initially to live in, having moved to the area to be closer to work at Gatwick Airport. However, in more recently years I have let the property and it has proved to be a great investment!

When I first viewed the house I knew straight away that it was the one and without hesitation I made an offer. I knew Langshott was popular and thought the quiet cul de sac location was fantastic, as I worked shifts and there was little passing traffic.

Inside it was important for me to have two double bedrooms, as I would often have family to stay and I felt that both bedrooms were a good size.
