What the owner says

We've lived here nearly four years. It's a cosy house in winter, bright and airy in the summer. It heats up quickly and stays warm, with thick walls, so we never hear our neighbours (who are both lovely).

When we bought the cottage, there were two bedrooms, so we converted the loft into a bedroom which now has the best views in the cottage. The long rear garden is a real sun trap, which we have loved.

The best thing about living here is its position - two minutes to beautiful river walks, a village shop, Bramber Castle and the outstanding Primary School.

We've been very happy here and will be sorry to leave.
