The house needed so much work doing to it when I bought it and, being a carpenter, I spent a lot of time and effort in creating what you see today. I think the layout works really well. There's so much space and it's very versatile too. The downstairs bedrooms could be additional reception rooms and I made sure to include dressing areas and an addition nursery so it suits older or younger families.

There aren't many detached houses in Westdene so it is somewhat unique and it's got a great size plot too. It's a great area for schools and there are some fabulous views too.
