We chose to purchase this property as we could see great potential but knew it would require an extensive amount of remodelling.

We made the decision to convert the loft space, not wanting to squeeze bedrooms in we decided to make the most of the space that was available, creating a large master bedroom and impressive en-suite. The ground floor extension was a natural addition and we made the most of the light by adding bi-fold doors.

We were also drawn to the great location for schools, shops and being able to easily walk to the City centre.
