When we first viewed this property we were attracted to the good size plot, the semi rural location and liked that the bungalow was set back from the road.

We looked past the work that was required and at a property that had great potential to be a wonderful home. We rolled up our sleeves and set about a scheme of refurbishment, which included extending to create our dream kitchen/breakfast room and lounge overlooking the garden.

We have enjoyed our 18 years here and will be sorry to leave having made good friends with our neighbours. As we have retired we are now looking to down size to something a little smaller.
