Saltdean Drive, Lenham Road and Westmeston Avenue also attract interest due to their excellent views over the park and out to sea.
Saltdean's transport links are also a draw to the area. There are many buses running along the South Coast Road to Brighton or Eastbourne. Brighton Station is five and a half miles away, with direct access to central London. There is easy access to the A23 and onward to M23 for Gatwick Airport and London.
