We bought this property 4 years ago as we liked the location and space that it offered. Being right at the end of the cul-de-sac has meant we don't get passing traffic so it's lovely and quiet and tucked away. The place needed a fair amount of work when we bought it and over the years we have transformed it. Every room has been redecorated and we installed a new bathroom and had new carpets and flooring. Were we to stay we would change the kitchen but we know it's a personal preference for anyone new. We used part of the garage to create a utility room but there is so much parking on the drive, we didn't think this would affect us or anyone in the future and there is still enough space for motor-bike and bikes anyway.
