What the owner says

When we first saw our lovely home over ten years ago now, it certainly looked a lot different then to how it does now! Although there were a few jobs than needed doing, we could instantly see the amazing potential it had to be a wonderful home.

One of the great things we shall miss about our home is how convenient the location is, everything we need is within easy reach and access to get onto the A27 couldn’t be easier.

It will be tough to leave such a lovely home behind, but the time has come now to move onto a new challenge and let new owners enjoy this magnificent home as much as we have.

Property details

This beautiful detached bungalow will make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. Set in a delightful part of Woodingdean, with the Downs on your doorstep, it is ideal for those with dogs or who enjoy lovely long walks. The home itself has been expertly finished to a wonderful standard throughout and is perfect for those wanting a property they can simply move into. The owners have superbly combined a fantastic feeling of space, with the flowing layout, yet retained that warm cosy feel we all crave on cold winter nights. The lounge area is ready-made for all the family to gather round and enjoy a cosy night in front of the telly. A spacious dining area flows naturally into a modern kitchen, enhanced by beautiful sunlight flooding in through the large windows. With three bedrooms, two of which are superb size doubles combined with a luxurious bathroom the list of highlights here seems to be endless! Naturally being a bungalow there is great potential to extend (subject to planning permission), with the spacious loft offering enough room to create fantastic additional living/bedroom space, should you want more. Finally the garden is a real treat here. Having been lovingly created by the present owners over a number of years, it wonderfully combines space and privacy and leaves you with a tranquil haven that enjoys sun throughout the day and will quite simply be a pleasure to enjoy. Handy parking is also available in the form of a private driveway.
