We are very spoilt living in Nork, not only do we have some fantastic restaurants on our doorstep, but also great local amenities. Banstead station is also only a 5 minute walk away with links to London and the local bus stop takes you to Banstead, Epsom and Croydon. The local schools have very good reviews and Nescot is only a bus ride away. The biggest luxury is the sheer space we have so there are no worries about storage, with plenty of wardrobes, cupboard space and a loft.

Being an end terrace maisonette , the property feels more like a semi-detached house. It is also very peaceful, we open the back door and we are in our own little oasis, surrounded by beautiful trees which offer great privacy.
