The flat has been a wonderful home for us for the past 11 years, and has been ideally situated for raising a family. We have a selection of great local schools, all within walking distance, and Preston Park is right on our doorstep. It is a friendly and welcoming community, which has made it a special place to live. The cafes of Fiveways and London Road are just up the road.

Being on the third floor we get lots of sunlight, making our home bright and airy. It's wonderful to sit out on either balcony with a drink, enjoying city living or having friends and family around with plenty of space to entertain. Each room is well proportioned, offering generous storage and a flexible space. The accommodation has really worked for our family.

You are in the mix of everything Brighton has to offer. The local pubs are friendly, serving good food and having a community feel – The Open House, Signalman and Preston Park Tavern all come highly recommended and are 5 minutes from your front door. There are also fantastic restaurants a short walk away.

Florence Road Market is a hidden gem and a firm local favourite, open on Saturday mornings selling local organic produce – bread, fish and meat. For a pint of milk and all the ingredients that you might need you have Arkwrights and Sunny Foods, which are just at the end of the road so couldn’t be more convenient.

Brighton city centre and the famous seafront are an easy walk away and the commute couldn’t be easier from here as you are positioned in the middle of Brighton station, London Road station and Preston Park station. The A23 and A27 are also easily accessible.
