We moved here 8 years ago as we fell in love with the space on offer. Nowhere had we seen rooms of such brilliant proportions and compared to other flats and even some houses, this place exceeded every one. It feels more like a little house than a maisonette and that's no doubt why it's been easy to stay here as long as we have. Since living here we have replaced the boiler, redecorated and installed the new bathroom. If we were staying the next thing we would do is the kitchen but we know how personal kitchens are for people so it will be nice for the new owners to make their own mark on it. We are only moving now for health reasons otherwise we would be more than happy to stay here.
