We bought this apartment around 3 years ago mainly due to the amount of space on offer and its convenient town centre location.

We didn't need 3 bedrooms so it suited us to use the third bedroom as a separate dining room.

We have loved being so close to town where we can walk in of an evening and enjoy the many bars and restaurants on offer.

Our circumstances have now changed so we are looking to sell with no chain.
