We bought this maisonette around 26 years ago – we loved the space and that it was bigger than most houses we viewed of a similar price. We have enjoyed being in a village location yet close to schools and Dorking. The fact the village green and pond are just a minute or two away has been fantastic as it has been the perfect playground for our children. Over the years we have made various improvements including putting in new stairs, underfloor heating thoughout, rewiring, re-plumbing and replacing some windows. We have installed a new kitchen & bathrooms and redecorated and added new flooring. Our children are now growing up and we are looking to move out of the area. We hope the new owners will enjoy as many happy years here as we have.
