This has been a fantastic family home for us, we really hope that it can be just as wonderful for the new owners. It's fair to say that this is quite unique too, there aren't many split level 3 bedroom maisonettes around!

The local schools are all exceptionally popular, more often than not people move here just to get their children into the local schools. We are surrounded by large open fields and plenty of parks, if you like me love to get out in the fresh air there is a large enough selection of places to go.

It will be so sad to leave here but the time has come for us to embark on a new journey.
