We used to live in a maisonette in this road and when we were looking for a larger home, we decided to buy this house nearly 50 year ago as we couldn't find anywhere we preferred to live. It's been a wonderful family home for us, especially as our children could walk to the local school just down the road. Having the shops, village pubs, library and other amenities on our doorstep is so convenient.

Our home dates from an age when houses were solidly built and offered good sized rooms - something we've certainly appreciated whilst raising our family. It's also got a great garden which we enjoy throughout the year.
