What the owner says

My family built our lovely home just over ten years ago and we have loved living here, it’s so quiet we are tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Brighton but close enough to make the city easy to get to. The reason we built this home is because of the views, they are simply stunning, and we often sit out on the decking in the evening and just relax in the sunshine. The patio doors get opened up and the light floods in, most of the time we don’t even need the heating on!

This has been a special place to live but life has taken a different turn for us now and it’s time to move on, we want to be nearer family now. We just hope that the new owners will be as happy as we have been.

Property details

Inside and out this is a fine example of a lovely family home which is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is in a highly enviable position. The house was built in 2006 so everything is of a high standard. The lounge has those great views so when you are having dinner you can enjoy the evening light over Brighton and when it’s time to relax, take a seat on the beautiful decking area and watch the sun go down - what a great way to wind down after a busy day!

The current owners love their beautiful garden. Being on a corner plot, it’s larger than most and offers a great deal of seclusion.

So if you are looking for a fantastic, detached family home, then this one needs to be at the top of your viewing list!

Guides

Our local guide for Lewes Road

Looking for an independent estate agent and letting agent that covers Hanover and beyond? Our local Cubitt & West office is just one of a network of ten offices covering Brighton and is situated on Lewes Road.

Our marketing strategy at Lewes Road will give you that necessary edge when you are selling your home. Designed to make your life as easy as possible, our Open House events will help give you the competitive edge to ensure you get the best price for your home and you don't even have to be there!

We cover Hanover, Bevendean, Moulsecoomb and all areas around Lewes Road, Coombe Road and Bear Road. Hanover is always popular with couples and includes a mixture of period houses and flats and is generally the most expensive area. Lewes Road, Coombe Road and Bear Road areas also contain mostly period properties and are popular with buy to let investors. Bevendean and Moulsecoomb are more attractive to families with generally larger houses and less flats.

The Lewes Road team is dedicated to providing the best possible customer service and have received many testimonials from happy customers who we have helped with their dream move!
