We moved to Broadbridge Heath after selling our home in Southwater just a couple of years ago, we soon settled in and quickly came to appreciate what a convenient location it is here. The local primary school is just a short walk away, as is the big Tesco Superstore, which is so handy for your main weekly shop. There is plenty of countryside around the village with a number of public footpaths, giving you the opportunity to go out and explore.

We bought the property off plan so we were able to choose our own kitchen style and flooring types to make it our ideal home. Now, two years on all the snagging has been completed and we still have 8 years NHBC guarantee remaining
