I can honestly say, after living here for such a long time this has been a fabulous house for me. The location is perfect for Caterham Hill and Valley, with the latter having a great range of shops and the train station for getting into the City.

I have re-vamped the home from top to bottom, the most recent being the bathroom, en-suite shower room and kitchen.

My grandchildren have loved playing in the rear garden.

All in all, I will really miss the house a huge amount, but know that the new owners will be very happy here!
