When I was searching for a new home I had a tick list which had to be met and when this came up I jumped at the chance to see it as all the boxes had been ticked. Nestled nicely away as the last house in the corner meant that I was going to enjoy a quiet position with no traffic able to pass my door, and with the well enclosed high fenced gardens, the privacy that I desired was exactly what I was after in this house.

The solar panels, registered to the National Grid providing the electricity to run the house during the daylights hours was also an added bonus, as well as the direct access to the motorway and meant that I didn't have to cut through village traffic to get to my destination.
