I moved to Cranleigh almost 60 years ago and wanted to remain in the village when my family grew up and moved away. I needed to find somewhere nearer to the village centre and with a more manageable garden and this house was perfect. I love the traditional feel of my home with all its character features and the seclusion of the garden when I want to sit outside in the summer. Not having to use the car all the time is a real bonus as the house is so well situated.

Now the time has come for me to find somewhere smaller, yet still within the village which has a wonderful feeling of community, but in many ways I shall be sorry to leave my lovely home.
