What the owner says

We were first attracted to our home because of its excellent location. The area is great as there are good local buses and also the tram stop is only a short distance away, as is East Croydon station.

After we moved in we undertook many projects including stripping the floor boards, replacing the kitchen and bathroom and making the garden a space for entertaining.

We are sure this house will be ideal for a growing family with its good sized bedrooms and the local schools. We are now moving onto pastures new to create some more happy memories but we do wish the new owners every happiness here.
