I still remember walking into the home on the viewing many years ago and instantly knowing I wanted this house to be mine. After nearly 19 years, I still love it. There is also a huge loft area which can be used for extra storage.

The area is so convenient with the shops around the corner in Mitcham Road and Therapia Lane tram stop a stone's throw away, I can easily get out and about. The walk into Croydon is not long and I will truly miss the convenience of the location.

Unfortunately the house is too big for me now and it is now time to find something smaller. However, I hope the next owners will have as much joy living here as I have had.
