We bought this house around 17 years ago, mainly due to its location in a quiet residential road close to The Nower and also in the catchment area for St Pauls school.

It is an attractive looking house which we think has plenty of kerb appeal, character and period charm yet was built in 1963 so has none of the issues you can get with an older property. It is a bright, light and airy house and we particularly loved to sit in the dining room looking out into the garden and at the birch tree.

We extended the house in 2005 adding on the garage, dining room and bedroom above and in recent years have had a new boiler installed. We have now moved on to our next home and so are selling with no chain.
