I bought this house 20 years ago as I fell in love with the location. It's so convenient for everything with the town and stations on the doorstep. It also offers some lovely views and I loved the fact that in no time I could be off enjoying walks over Ranmore or exploring Boxhill. The fact it had its own garage was the icing on the cake!

I had a new bathroom installed around 7 years ago and in the last couple of years have put in a new kitchen and combi boiler. I also had double doors put in the kitchen to the garden and it is lovely to let the sun stream in.

I am now selling with no chain and I hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as I have.
