We have really loved living here and always feel very house proud when guests come over, especially as we have spent time redecorating throughout. The children have loved it here also, particularly being nearby to Cotmandene where they have loved playing out on the green. Just a stones throw away from the town centre has meant we can always enjoy all the local amenities like the theatre and swimming pool and not have to worry about traffic and parking. The basement room is fantastic for when we have guests round to entertain and play games! Parking has never been an issue for us as we have always managed to park two cars outside the front of the house. We will miss living here but know the new buyers will love it as much as we have. We are selling with no chain.
