We have lived here all our married life and extended the property in that time, including a loft conversion and kitchen extension.

The fact Dene Street Gardens is a no through road is quite unique in Dorking and makes for a very pleasant community feeling.

Being only a couple of minutes walk from the town, schools, Cotmandene and Meadowbank Park has always been a big advantage, especially when our children were young.

We have enjoyed our time living here but feel that now we are nearing retirement it is the right time in our lives for a change.
