One of the major attractions that drew me to this house was the fact that it was newly built so had all the space of the 1930s houses in the cul-de-sac but was immaculate and brand new inside.

The location was also brilliant for me as it is so close to town and also perfectly situated for the stations, allowing me to get into London with ease.

Since living here I added the conservatory and changed the bathroom into a shower room. I also contemplated turning the downstairs cloakroom into a shower room as it certainly seems big enough to do so, alternatively you could take it out altogether and make the lounge larger.

I am now living with my daughter so have had the property rented out for the past year and am selling with no chain.
